Cancellations within 7 business days of the event will be able to use their credit towards a future event. Cancellations between 7-14 days will recieve a 50% refund with 50% credit towards a future event. Cancellations 14+days will receive a 100% refund.
Unfortunately, we won't be able to set up if there is heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. We can reschedule your event or issue a rain check for a future event. We will do everything we can to work with you throughout this process or prorate the event if we start and get hit with inclement weather.
The tent itself is 13'x16', which is comparable to a medium-sized room. This space should be relatively level (you don't want to hit off a sidehill lie all day) and free from low-hanging tree limbs or other overhanging obstructions.
If you have the above space available indoors, we are more than happy to set it up inside. Ceilings will need to be a minimum of 12 ft.
Yes! We have a variety of carnival games and there is a robust range and short-game platform. We can also set up par 3 contests and long drive contests.
We use the industry leading Foresight GCQuad simulator for all events.
For the best experience, we prefer to plug into an exterior power outlet within 50 ft of the setup area. We have the capability to run off of battery power if needed.
As long as we don't have a booking after you, we will do our best to accommodate your request for $150 per additional hour
We keep right-handed and left-handed men's regular flex sets in the van, but you are more than welcome to use your own clubs. We will supply golf balls for use as well. You're welcome to use your own golf balls, but we ask that they are free from sharpie and scuffs so as not to damage the projection screen.
You can have as many people partake as you like. The foresight simulation software allows up to 8 users in a round of golf, but we can set up par 3 contests or other games for larger groups.
Set up and breakdown will both take 30 minutes at a maximum. We will show up 30 minutes prior to your start time to get things set up and ask that you allow us up to 30 minutes to pack back up after the event finishes.
