Tournament rounds are to be played using Foresight Sports GC-Series simulators.  WeGo Golf provides custom made bays that will be used during matchplay.  The tournament will consist of multiple rounds of head-to-head, 3 hole playoff style matches.  To ensure consistent and fair  opportunities of winnings, there will be 3 player divisions (“Flights”) with similar skill levels.  Players may vary in gender, age and experience.  The maximum number of entrants to start the tournament is 100.  Flights shall be determined prior to the beginning of tournament play, and rely on player input and pre-recorded handicap scores.  The WeGo Golf Tournament Committee reserves the right to distribute additional spots in the tournament, conditioned on payment of the appropriate entry fee.

Every player is guaranteed a minimum of 3 rounds of participation and matches during the tournament. The first 3 rounds cumulative scores are used to determine the first round of player cuts.  After the third round, the subsequent rounds will be played bracket style within each corresponding flight.  Therefore, there will be 3 separate bracket style sub-tournaments.  The 4th and subsequent rounds will be played in a single elimination style until there is an individual winner for each flight.  Top 4 players from each flight are awarded a combination of cash and prizes, according to the pre-specified prize structure.

Each round shall be played in the same manner as a traditional outdoor tournament.  The same rules apply of golf as they pertain to indoor/virtual/simulator play apply.  Accordingly:

• A player must NOT start a round with more than 14 clubs.  Replacements are allowed, provided the total number does NOT exceed 14.
• Tees may be used on shots from the tee box only.
• No changes to the environment (tee area, lighting, alignment aids, etc.) are allowed during the rounds.
• No non-transparent obstructions are allowed in front of the simulator device.
• ALL SHOTS MUST BE HIT FROM WITHIN THE “STRIKE ZONE.”  Shots taken outside the strike zone will not count.  After the 3rd reported infraction, players are subject to disqualification.

The use of equipment that gives artificial help to a golfer’s play is restricted.  This includes but is not limited to alignment sticks, adhesive tape and training aids. The penalty for breaching this rule is as follows:

• Penalty for the first breach: General Penalty (Two-stroke Penalty in Stroke Play).  If the breach happens between two holes, the penalty applies to the next hole.
• Penalty for the second breach: Disqualification.  This penalty applies even if the nature of the breach was entirely different from the first penalty breach.

Yes! We have a variety of carnival games and there is a robust range and short game platform. We can also set up par 3 contests and long drive contests. 

Unfortunately, we won't be able to set up if there is heavy rain, lightning, or high winds. We can reschedule your event or issue a refund in the event of inclement weather.

We use the industry leading Foresight GCQuad simulator for all events.

For the best experience, we prefer to plug into an exterior power outlet within 50 ft of the setup area. We have the capability to run off of battery power if needed.

We don't normally stock food and beverage, but if you need this for your event, just let us know and we'll we coordinate service with our partners.

As long as we don't have a booking after you, we will do our best to accommodate your request for $100 per additional hour

We keep right-handed and left-handed men's regular flex sets in the van, but you are more than welcome to use your own clubs. We will supply golf balls for use as well. You're welcome to use your own golf balls, but we ask that they are free from sharpie and scuffs so as not to damage the projection screen.

You can have as many people partake as you like. The foresight simulation software allows up to 8 users in a round of golf, but we can set up par 3 contests or other games for larger groups.

Cancellations within 72 hours of the start time will incur a 25% fee. Cancellations within 24 to 72 hours of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

Set up and breakdown will both take 30 minutes at a maximum. We will show up 30 minutes prior to your start time to get things set up and ask that you allow us up to 30 minutes to pack back up after the event finishes.
