WeGo Golf Operator Code of Ethics

At WeGo Golf, we are committed to delivering exceptional experiences with our mobile golf simulators. To ensure a positive and respectful interaction, we have established this Code of Ethics for our event operators. We encourage you to review and understand our principles:

  1. Professionalism

    Our operators will conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism at all times. They will arrive punctually, dressed appropriately, and maintain a courteous demeanor. Alcohol, marijuana and/or any recreational drugs are prohibited at any time while on duty. (This includes when/if the host offers or attempts to express consent. WeGo Golf has a “No tolerance policy”)

  2. Respect for Your Space

    We understand the importance of your private space or home. Our operators will treat it with the utmost respect, leaving no trace behind. Private restroom usage is prohibited without direct permission of the host.

  3. Safety First

    Your safety is our priority. Our operators will adhere to all safety guidelines, ensuring a secure and enjoyable environment. Our operators are not allowed to make contact with the host or customers during an event. Our operators should avoid any contact with all persons during the event.

  4. Clear Communication

    We believe in transparent communication. Our operators will provide clear instructions and answer any questions you may have regarding the mobile golf experience. Our operators are permitted to communicate before the event, only on matters regarding the event. Our operators are NOT permitted to communicate after the event, unless otherwise approved by the host, and matters are pertaining to the event. (i.e. misplaced or lost items)

  5. Equipment Care

    Our operators will handle the equipment with care and expertise to ensure optimal functionality throughout the event. Our operators are trained to maintain the integrity of the host venue, and operate the WeGo Golf equipment in a manner that protects the venue.

  6. Customer Satisfaction

    We are dedicated to your satisfaction. If you have any concerns or special requests, our operators are here to assist and ensure your experience exceeds expectations.
